General Information

• For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at the full rate, even if all authors are students. Completed registration is required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference proceedings.
• WISE 2021 Conference authors of an accepted paper must complete a full registration and have done the payment before September 14, 2021 for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
• If you have multiple accepted papers, the second and third papers can enjoy a discount but they need to be registered together with the first paper under the same registration, and you will get only one set of conference package for these multiple papers if you would like to enjoy the discounted rate. Your fourth paper needs to be accompanied with another separate full registration.
• Full Registration includes admission to all WISE 2021 conference including keynotes, tutorials, demo, and the conference proceedings.

Coronavirus Pandemic

We still do not know whether or not the regulations for Coronavirus Pandemic will be loosened in October 2021. Therefore, we plan to organize a tele-conference which will be held on October 2021 for WISE 2021.

Registration Fees

WISE 2021 registration rate (the registration deadline is 14th, September 2021):

To register, please either register online or make a bank transfer:

• Register online using VU secure payment system
• Bank transfer to bank account (the transfer description should be "WISE Conf 21 and your name")

Additionally, you are advised to fill in the Registration Form (word, pdf), sign it, and email it to Hua.Wang@vu.edu.au with the subject Participant’s Registration (format of the registration attachment name: conference title + paper ID + name). Please note we are not allowed to have your credit card details, so you do not need to provide your credit card details in the form.

• The registration payment will be charged in Australia Dollar.
• Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Electronic receipts will be automatically generated when you make payments, please keep a copy of the receipts.
